Parent Survey

Parents who reside in Park County with children aged birth to five-

Hello! The Park Alliance for Young Children (PAYC) was recently formed by a group of services providers and parents that reside in the county with the goal of improving services used by parents and young children. Our first step is to assess services currently being provided. Please take a moment to complete our survey and give us your valuable input on areas related to health and fitness, parent support and education, screenings for important milestones in your child’s development, and child care/early education. PAYC will be working to get grants and improve these services and better communicate to parents how to access services. As consumers, we feel you are in the best position to tell us how well these services are working for you and to make suggestions for areas on which we can focus in making improvements. Thanks for helping to make Park County a great place to raise young children!
